Factory sent them the right glass, but the factory had installed the wrong mirror mount they noticed after they had already removed the old windshield so they installed the windshield the factory had sent, then they ordered the windshield again and scheduled a new service date. This was all done at no charge to me. We have used this company since 1979, they are a great company with friendly and knowledge able employees.

I've only used Wright's for yearly Auto inspections but their staff has always been really great to me. I do live fairly close by but if I didn't like the people and / or service it wouldn't matter if they were next door or across the street! To me they kind of make you feel at home with the way they treat you, and it doesn't matter if your a old time customer or a brand new one.

I went in for a rock chip repair and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The lady working the front desk had a direct number to the insurance agency, she informed me I would have to talk with the agent on the phone and acknowledge a few simple questions. Great customer service, she handled everything for me. The glass chip is barely noticeable after the repair was made. Pleasure to do business with a local company here in Texarkana.

They did a great job fixing my window, it wasn't shattered or anything just wouldn't roll up and down. They fixed it in about 30 minutes! 5 stars all the way! Thanx y'all so much.

Wife's car was t-boned and wrights made it look brand new again. All the reception ladies greeted you with a smile and Eddie Wilson the body shop manager made the process very easy and hassle free. They fixed it fast and looks as good as new. I Highly recommend this body shop!
